Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY🍯 Need to cancel? No worries—but do it at least 48 hours before your appointment, okay? My booking system will send you emails (like a friendly little reminder), and all you have to do is scroll down, hit “manage my appointments,” and cancel from there. Easy peasy! But if you’re trying to cancel after the 48-hour mark, no dice! You’ll be charged a 30% cancellation fee—hey, time is money, right? NO CALL, NO SHOW🍯 I totally get it, life happens! That’s why you have a 10-minute grace period to show up. But after that, there’s a solid chance your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll be charged 30% of the service—don’t make me be the bad guy! If you pull a no-call, no-show (and we both know you’re better than that), you’ll be banned from booking. Seriously, I’m super easy to communicate with, so just keep me in the loop! STUDIO POLICY🍯 No extra guests, please—unless they’re also getting pampered! Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card you put on file. If your card declines (uh oh!), we’ll put a hold on your profile until all fees are paid. No fees, no fun—simple as that! By booking, you’re giving The Wax Trap Galore the green light to charge your card for late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows. Oh, and ALL deposits are non-refundable.
